If you would like to attend any of the clinics below, please book an appointment.
Contraception advice is available from all the doctors at the practice. We offer contraceptive coil fitting by appointment with Dr Xavier or Dr Armstrong.
Contraception advice and Implant insertion is offered by appointment with Dr Charlwood. If you have been asked to submit a contraceptive pill review please complete our Contraceptive Pill Review Form or book an appointment with our practice nurse Tina Hearle.
Emergency contraception is available on the same day at the surgery on an urgent appointment basis. It is also available at any pharmacy.
Routine antenatal check-ups by our qualified midwife. These clinics are held on a Thursday and Friday, 13:00 – 16:00.
Mother and Baby
Mother and baby clinics are no longer held at the surgery, however there are a variety of drop in clinics in Guildford run by the health visiting service. Please call the Health Visiting team for details on 01483 783288.
Routine vaccinations for all ages are available during surgery times with our nurses. If you are planning a trip abroad please visit our Travel Room.
We offer regular check-ups and advice from practice nurses on lifestyle, inhaler techniques and medication. We also have our own machine for spirometry/respiratory function measurements.
If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms please complete our online Asthma Review form.
Liquid cryotherapy service is available at the request of the GP. Please book an appointment with the GP who will assess and advise whether you are able to have this treatment at the surgery.
These clinics are held on the 1st Monday of every month. We also hold minor surgical procedures performed by Dr Barnardo by special appointment. To discuss one of these procedures with Dr Barnardo, please book an appointment. The surgery is held on a Wednesday morning.
Counselling is available by arrangement with your doctor who will refer you to a counsellor. If you have been asked by your doctor to submit a patient health questionnaire, please complete our Patient Health Questionnaire form.
Run by appointment via Mount Alvernia following GP referral.
This is offered at our specialist clinic run by Dr Vickers and Dr Xavier, with access to the community podiatry and dietitian.
Ischaemic Heart Disease and Stroke Clinic
A multidisciplinary team approach by appointment with nurse and doctor. We use a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring machine.
If you have been asked by your doctor to submit a blood pressure review, please complete our Blood Pressure Review Form.
We offer chronic airways disease monitoring including an in-house spirometry machine. If you have been asked by your doctor to submit a COPD assessment, please complete our COPD Assessment Form.
We have our own machine for INR readings and offer this clinic by appointment with the nurse.
We have an in-house ECG machine. At the request of the GP, you can book an appointment with one of our healthcare assistants or practice nurses.
Dedicated youth counselling team via OneStop CAMHS referral from GP
Local Minor Eye Conditions Service
Sore eyes, red eyes or visual disturbance?
You can be assessed and treated by your Local Minor Eye Conditions Service.
